1. Must have a registered for-profit entity or a non-profit entity 

2. Must be in operations for a minimum period of 1 year 

3. Must be at an Early Revenue to Growth stage, with a proven POC or Pilots 

4. Must be tech-enabled or have digitally inclusive innovations solving social problems 

5.Must be Impact First Venture with direct potential to Impact at least 3 UN Sustainable Development Goals

6. Must directly impact Sustainable Development Goals and the Human Development Index
