Maharashtra State Innovation Society (MSInS) invites applications from eligible startups to design, develop, and deploy “MahaGAD AI Sahayak” - an AI-Based GR Information Management System for the General Administration Department (GAD), Government of Maharashtra.

The selected startup(s) will be required to develop an on-premise, secure, scalable system to support search, retrieval, summarization, and AI-assisted interpretation of AIS/IAS rules and Government Resolutions (GRs) with Marathi and English support and source-cited answers. The solution must include a secure GR repository, ingestion and indexing pipeline (Elasticsearch or equivalent), admin console, and usage analytics dashboards, and must be deployed within Government infrastructure in a containerized manner, in line with the detailed ToR attached.

Interested startups may submit their applications in the prescribed format along with all required documents and technical details within the notified timeline. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for technical presentations and live demo/PoC evaluation in coordination with GAD.
