The Advanced Management Development Programme (Advanced MDP) is a one-week intensive in-person programme organized by FITT, IIT Delhi, supported by the Ministry of MSME. It is designed to enhance the strategic and advanced managerial competencies of MSME promoters and executives through direct interaction with experts, hands-on sessions, and peer learning at the IIT Delhi campus.

The objective of this in-person programme is to provide advanced-level inputs in modern management systems, strategic planning, digital transformation, financial management, operations excellence, and governance practices, enabling participants to strengthen and scale their enterprises effectively.
