iCreate Idea Catalyst (iIC) is an introductory programme for idea-stage startups, designed to help entrepreneurs transform their ideas into viable and profitable business plans. Starting with founders who are ready to validate their ideas and find the right market fit, the programme offers extensive mentoring, practical fieldwork, and structured guidance. Participants work on refining their business model, understanding customer needs, and building a complete financial roadmap for successful startup execution.
