LeadHERShip Next - Building the Next Generation of Women Leaders: Cohort 2

Nasscom in collaboration with Optum India and Indian School of Business (ISB) Executive Education, is spearheading a flagship Leadership Accelerator Programme aimed at fast-tracking the leadership journeys of high-potential women professionals within India’s Global Capability Centres (GCCs). This strategic initiative combines ISB’s academic excellence, Optum’s industry mentorship, and Nasscom’s ecosystem leadership to equip women leaders with the skills, networks, and strategic vision needed to thrive in complex global environments. With a focus on strategic thinking, stakeholder management, executive presence, and inclusive leadership, the programme is designed to address systemic barriers, enhance influence, and build confident, future-ready leaders. By enabling participants to develop a distinctive leadership brand and drive meaningful organisational impact, this initiative firmly positions women leaders as catalysts for transformation across the GCC landscape—reinforcing Nasscom’s commitment to inclusive growth and leadership excellence.
