The tentative dates for InnoTrek USA are 28th September to 9th October 2026.

Application Details -

1. Application Deadline: June 22, 2026
2. Application Selection Notification: June 29, 2026
3. Shortlisted companies will receive invitations to confirm their participation by making payment for the program participation fee (~2.99Lakhs + Taxes)
4. Inclusions: Visa Letter, local transportation for the agenda facilitated by Nasscom
5. Exclusions: Travel, accommodation, airport transfers, local transport if staying away from venue, and other personal incidentals.
6. If selected, one representative per startup will be permitted to travel.
7. In case of duplicate entries, the last entry will be considered.
