About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associates to join our growing team. This is a full-time role where you will work closely with incubators, accelerators, universities, corporates, government organisations, and startup ecosystem stakeholders using Accubate, Cunomial's flagship platform. Successful candidates will undergo an initial training program in Hyderabad for the first few weeks before being deployed to their respective client locations in Delhi, Mumbai, or Chennai.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and ensure successful platform adoption
  2. Conduct onboarding sessions, user training, and platform demonstrations for customers and stakeholders
  3. Provide day-to-day support to users and assist them in navigating platform features and workflows
  4. Monitor customer engagement, usage metrics, and identify opportunities to improve adoption
  5. Coordinate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to resolve customer issues and requests
  6. Document customer feedback, feature requests, and enhancement suggestions
  7. Assist customers with program management activities, reporting requirements, and operational workflows on the platform
  8. Prepare customer success reports, usage summaries, and periodic review presentations
  9. Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  10. Represent Cunomial professionally while working from client locations and interacting with ecosystem partners

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institution
  2. 0–3 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, operations, program management, business support, or related roles
  3. Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  5. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  6. Willingness to travel and work from customer locations as required
  7. Comfortable using software platforms, productivity tools, and digital collaboration systems
