NWPC Mentoring Program for Product Professionals

NWPC Mentoring Program is a framework aimed at mentoring and providing guidance to experienced women professionals who are looking to advance their careers in the product management domain. Aims to coach / mentor product professionals as we progress towards building and nurturing a community of Product Professionals in India.

Please read the following before filling out the application form.

1. This program is non-commercial, volunteer-driven.

2. There are only limited slots in each cohort & applications received within the given deadline will be considered. Incomplete application forms will not be accepted.

3. Nasscom program team reserves the right to select the mentees based upon the evaluation criteria.

4. Upon inclusion in program, a mentee is expected to share turn around time on mails / whatsapp message which under exceptional circumstances may defer.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE MENTORING Program?

1. The applicant should have minimum of 8 years work experience & at-least 4 year of product management experience

2. The applicant must be willing to dedicate at-least 2 hours/week for achieving the set mentorship goals

EXPECTATIONS FROM A MENTEE

- Mentees are expected to take initiative, be considerate to schedule meetings ahead of time & value your mentor's time.

- Mentees are expected to be committed to the program throughout the cohort duration of 13 weeks. Expected to be prepared for upcoming meetings with the mentor and follow through with goals/objectives set, taking responsibility to learn

- Mentees are expected to have willingness to accept feedback, discuss areas for improvement, and ask for help, as well as share one’s needs and views with the mentor

- Mentees must be willing to consider different ideas or opinions, to try new things, and to accept different points of view
