Important Instructions: -

NCIIPC Start up India AI Grand Challenge is now Open and application process is as follows:

1.⁠ ⁠Registration is open till 15^th Aug 2025. Registration portal will be closed at 23:59 hrs on 15^th Aug, 2025. Registration requests beyond the deadline will not be entertained.

2.⁠ ⁠All the duly registered participants have to Submit their final solution and required documents, presentations etc. through this portal only. The Submission window is from 00:00 hrs on 16^th August, 2025 to 23:59 hrs on 31^st October, 2025.

3.⁠ ⁠All the fields marked with a red Asterix (*) are compulsory.

4.⁠ ⁠‘NA’ may be mentioned in the fields which are unrelated to you/your organization.

5.⁠ ⁠The participants may save partially filled forms and can complete the form in multiple sessions prior to the due dates as mentioned above.

6.⁠ ⁠Edits are allowed in Registration Form till 23:59 hrs on 15^th Aug 2025 & Submission Form till the submission deadline, i.e. 23:59 hrs on 31^st Oct 2025.

7.⁠ ⁠Users can save their progress at any point by clicking the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the application form page.

8.⁠ ⁠Upon saving, applicants will receive a confirmation email along with their login credentials for accessing the platform.

9.⁠ ⁠To resume or complete the form, users can visit https://www.ai-grand-challenge.in and log in using the OTP sent to their registered email. Alternatively, they can set or reset a password via the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
