Instructions:

Please read the guidelines mentioned in the Call For Proposal (CFP) carefully and keep all the required documents ready for submission of the application form. 

Guidelines:

1. The following documents must be submitted along with the application form:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum of Association
• Articles of Association
• PAN card of the organization
• Start-up recognition certificate from DPIIT or an undertaking that the start-up is eligible to be recognized by DPIIT
• Annual Financial Statement (Balance Sheet & P&L) of the last 3 years (if applicable)
• SME/MSME/Udhyam Registration Certificate, if applicable.

1. Budget Details and Milestone-based fund requirements should be submitted as per the prescribed format.
2. Pitch Presentation as per the prescribed format in CFP should be uploaded; PPTX, PPT to be uploaded.
3. Please refer to this spreadsheet that contains the templates for the required data. 
4. You may download the spreadsheet, fill in the required details, and upload only the specific sheet where needed.
5. For example, for Promoter's Details, download the spreadsheet, complete just the Promoter's Details sheet, and upload only that - not the entire file with other sections.
