Fast-Tracking Women to GCC Leadership

Nasscom in collaboration with Optum and Indian School of Business (ISB) Executive Education, is spearheading a flagship Leadership Accelerator Programme aimed at fast-tracking the leadership journeys of high-potential women professionals within India’s Global Capability Centres (GCCs). This strategic initiative combines ISB’s academic excellence, Optum’s industry mentorship, and Nasscom’s ecosystem leadership to equip women leaders with the skills, networks, and strategic vision needed to thrive in complex global environments.
