Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is a global initiative that fosters economic growth by providing women entrepreneurs with a world-class business education, access to a global network, and lifelong learning. Since its inception in 2008, the initiative has successfully empowered over 200,000 businesswomen across 150+ countries, equipping them with the tools, skills and networks required to scale their businesses. 

In India, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is a fully funded* initiative delivered in partnership with IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore and IIM Lucknow. It provides growth-ready women business owners with an executive education programme spanning three months, offering 100+ hours of intensive classroom sessions, business mentorship with industry experts, and a differentiated peer-interaction environment.

Participants become part of a dynamic alumnae network of 3,800+ businesswomen across India and a global network of entrepreneurs. On average, within 18 months of graduating, participants have reported a fourfold increase in revenue, a doubling of their workforce, and a fivefold improvement in their productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Women entrepreneurs interested in joining the 10,000 Women program are encouraged to apply if they meet the following criteria:

• Owner or co-owner of the business
• Business operational for at least one year
• Annual turnover more than ₹30 lakhs
• A minimum of three employees
• Must not be a previous graduate of 10,000 Women

*Tuition is fully covered by Goldman Sachs. Travel, lodging, and related expenses are not included.
